Additionally, Donna was the Director of Human Resources at AVIDYN, INC. from May 1998 to January 2003, establishing corporate policies and managing benefits and payroll, and held the position of VP of Human Resources at THE HERMAN GROUP from July 1996 to May 1998, contributing to the HR infrastructure of a start-up. Donna’s career began at Hallwood Realty Corporation, progressing from roles in accounting and revenue billing to Director of Human Resources from August 1983 to July 1996, marked by a commitment to professional development and operational support in HR functions.
