Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience in nutrition includes working as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
