Tracy Pabst has over 20 years of work experience. Tracy is currently working as an HR Manager at American Nitrile since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at SAM DONG, INC. from 2017 to 2021 and at Miller Management dba Burger King from 2015 to 2017. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Coordinator at Blast-One International, where their role involved recruiting, onboarding, and staff development. Before that, they were the Business Owner at Around Town Magnets from 2010 to 2013. Her career began in 2001 as the Director Of Development at Junior Achievement of Central Ohio, where they built relationships across the community to secure sponsors and generate interest and awareness in JA initiatives, and established strategic plans to promote the organization through ongoing special events and fund-raising activities.

Tracy Pabst earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017. Tracy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Franklin University, with a focus in Business/Corporate Communications.
