Holly Carpenter has extensive experience in the nursing and healthcare policy sectors, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at the American Nurses Association since August 2007, and previously held the position of Senior Staff Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Holly Carpenter was the Nursing Coordinator at the Maryland Nurses Association/MDH2E from April 2006 to 2007, and worked as a Nurse Consultant for the State of Maryland, DHMH from 1994 to 2006. Holly Carpenter holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Salisbury University.
