Randall Lipps

Randall Lipps is the Chairman, President, CEO, and Founder of Omnicell, a company that has evolved under their leadership from offering a single product to providing a comprehensive portfolio of medication management solutions. With a vision for the Autonomous Pharmacy, Omnicell focuses on advanced automation, data intelligence, and expert services. In addition to their role at Omnicell, Randall Lipps serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the American Nurses Association, an Advisory Board Member for Launchpad Digital Health, and is recognized in the Hall of Fame by Bellwether League. Previous board memberships include roles at Invuity, Inc., Radisphere/Candescent Health, and ASHP. Randall Lipps is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration.
