Adrienne Downey is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member and Instructor at the American Offshore Wind Academy and as a member of the Board of Directors for Bluepoint Wind at Global Infrastructure Partners. With extensive experience in management roles, Adrienne holds the position of Principal Engineer and Country Manager for the US and Canada at Hexicon and is Secretary on the Executive Committee of the National Offshore Wind Research & Development Consortium. Previous roles include Principal Engineer and Director of Offshore Wind at NYSERDA and Executive Director of Business Development at ENERCON Canada Inc., where significant contributions were made in shaping the strategic direction and policy implementation for renewable energy initiatives. Adrienne is an alumnus of McGill University and Pratt Institute, holding degrees in Chemical Engineering and Sustainable Environmental Systems.
