Ruby Guajardo

Ruby Guajardo has a range of work experience in the insurance industry. Ruby worked at AOT from 2014 to present, starting as a Latin Sales Coordinator and progressing to Lead Sales Coordinator, House Account Lead, and currently serving as a Project Specialist & Customer Liaison. Prior to their time at AOT, they worked at Advice Insurance Group LLC as a Sr. Commercial Account Manager from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they were a Personal Lines Account Manager at Jeff Hermes: Allstate Insurance from 2010 to 2011. Ruby's earliest experience in the industry was as a Commercial Account Manager at Norouzi Insurance Agency from 2005 to 2010.

Ruby Guajardo has a Bachelor's degree in Business Applied Administration, General from the University of Houston-Downtown, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business Management at Houston Community College from 2017 to 2019. In 2011, Ruby obtained an Insurance Designation in Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist from The National Underwriter Company. Additionally, in 2005, they obtained a Life & Health License from Kaplan Professional Insurance & Securities School. Ruby has also earned additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™), and completed courses in Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project and Foundations of Project Management from Coursera, both in November 2022.
