Tracy F. has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tracy started their career in 2000 as a Business Development/Talent Acquisition professional at Carlton Staffing. Tracy then worked at Fort Bend County as a Human Resources Generalist from 2003 to 2006. Tracy continued their career as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Methodist Sugar Land Hospital from 2006 to 2007. Tracy then joined Sysco as a Human Resources Director/Senior Manager from 2007 to 2010. Tracy later worked at Air Liquide as a Human Resources Director/Human Resources Business Partner from 2010 to 2014. Tracy then joined Direct Energy as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2014 to 2015. Tracy further advanced as a Human Resources Director at Memorial Hermann Health System from 2015 to 2019. Tracy's most recent position was as the Head of Human Resources at AOT, where they provided leadership in HR strategy and was responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and safety. Tracy also led a successful campaign to achieve certification as a Great Place to Work Organization.

Tracy F. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Hospitality at Stephen F. Austin State University. Tracy has also obtained additional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2016 and the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2008.
