Antonio Moran Jr.

Dr. Moran represents the AON Advisory Board from Georgia Oncology and Hematology Consultants in Brunswick, Georgia. Dr. Moran earned his medical degree from World University, School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He completed his internship and residency at Mount Carmel Mercy Hospital in Michigan, a Wayne State University affiliate and a research fellowship at the National Cancer Institute for the National Institutes of Health Division of Cancer Etiology, followed by a clinical fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Medical University of South Carolina, in Charleston. He is Board certified in medical oncology and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Moran is a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, serving ten years as a captain in the Army Medical Department. He actively sits on several medical boards in Brunswick, Georgia, including the Board of Directors for Hospice and American Cancer Society. He was awarded Physician Recognition by the American Medical Association.
