Ram S. Trehan

Dr. Trehan serves on the AON Advisory Board representing Greater Washington Oncology Associates, with four locations located in Maryland and Washington D.C. Dr. Trehan earned his medical degree at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Georgetown University Department of Medicine at D.C. General Hospital, Washington, D.C., followed by a fellowship in hematology and oncology from the Washington Hospital Center.

Dr. Trehan held a very active position at Holy Cross Hospital has been the President of the Medical Staff and currently serves as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Holy Cross Hospital Board of Trustees. He has headed multiple initiatives for those in need and participates regularly in community benefit programs of the hospital and providing healthcare and oncology care to all people irrespective of their paying status.
