Terri Casey

Terri Casey is a seasoned professional in human resources and legal counsel, currently serving as the Chief HR Officer and Employment Counsel at American Oncology Network since April 2024. Previously, Terri has held roles as an Attorney and HR Consultant at Barbas Cremer, PLLC, and Casey Advisors, LLC, where HR solutions were provided to small and mid-sized firms. Experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Florida State University College of Law and serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Monin Gourmet Flavorings, where an employee engagement strategy significantly improved workplace rankings. Terri holds a Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School and a Master of Science in Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University.
