Vicki Farmer

Vicki Farmer, IOM, CAE, has extensive experience in non-profit management, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Arkansas Optometric Association since June 2007. In this role, Vicki Farmer oversees professional development programs, event planning, governmental affairs, membership growth, non-dues revenue, fund-raising, and office management. Prior to this position, Vicki Farmer was the Assistant Director at Child Care Connections from June 2005 to May 2007, providing consulting services to early childhood programs. Vicki Farmer's earlier career includes serving as the Program Coordinator at Arkansas State University from August 2001 to June 2005, where responsibilities included coordinating the Registry of Child Care Professionals and delivering training and lectures on early childhood education. Vicki Farmer holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Reading Teacher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, both from Arkansas State University.
