Susan Pastor, ND, RN, CENP, currently serves as the Interim Chief Nurse Executive at WittKieffer, providing leadership and operational expertise to hospitals and health systems. With a strong background in nursing leadership, Susan also acts as faculty for the CENP Essentials Review Course with the American Organization for Nursing Leadership. Previous roles include Senior Director of Talent Development at the Advisory Board and Executive Nurse Advisor at CNO Solutions, where expertise in mentoring and consultation was provided. As Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services at CHI St. Vincent and Ascension - Dell Children's Medical Center, Susan directed care operations in prominent healthcare facilities. Susan holds a Doctor of Nursing from Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Carroll University, and is a Fellow of Executive Management from The Wharton School.
