Lori Smith

Lori Smith has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Lori has held various roles at multiple companies throughout their career. Most recently, they have been working at American Outdoor Brands Inc. as a Human Resources Director since August 2023. Prior to that, they held positions as a Human Resources Manager at the same company and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Smith & Wesson from 2020 to 2023. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at American Outdoor Brands Corporation. Lori'sextensive career also includes over two decades at State Farm®, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2013 to 2018, an Underwriting Team Manager from 1989 to 2013, and a Personal Lines Underwriter from 1987 to 1989.

Lori Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Missouri State University from 1983 to 1987.
