Norman Wareham

Norman Wareham transitioned from Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary to an Advisory Role in March of 2021. Mr. Wareham has over 40 years of financial, accounting and international management experience. He has provided management consulting and accounting services to public companies in Canada and the United States. He studied accounting with the Certified General Accountants Association of B.C. Mr. Wareham is currently Vice-president and CFO of a craft brewery located in Ontario, Canada and a Director of Canamara Titanium & Iron Ore Corporation in Vancouver, B.C.
