Elaine Latimer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elaine began their career in 2001 as a Sales Manager/Sales Lead at Victoria's Secret, where they worked until 2006. In 2005, they transitioned to the education field and became a Special Education Teacher at Northwood Academy Charter School. Elaine continued in this role until 2008 when they joined Independence Charter School as a Special Education Teacher and later became the Special Education Coordinator. Elaine then moved to American Paradigm Schools in 2016 and took on the role of Special Education Coordinator before being promoted to Director of Special Education in 2017.
