Nicole Allison Ed.d., Aba, Lbs

Nicole Allison, Ed.D., ABA, LBS has a diverse work experience in various educational and behavioral health settings. Nicole is currently the Director of Caring School Community at American Paradigm Schools since July 2021, where they previously served as the Student Support Coordinator from August 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Licensed Behavior Specialist Consultant/ABA at MCC Warwick Family Services from November 2018 to July 2019. Nicole also served as a Clinician/On-site Manager at Community Council Education Services from November 2016 to September 2018, and as a Behavior Specialist Consultant at NHS Human Services from October 2014 to November 2016. Moreover, they were an Adjunct Professor at Chestnut Hill College from January 2014 to May 2014 and a Lead Clinician STS at Elwyn from December 2013 to May 2014. Nicole gained experience as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at The Wedge Medical Center from October 2011 to November 2013 and as a Behavior Specialist Consultant at NHS Human Services from September 2009 to October 2011. Lastly, they worked at Presbyterian Children's Village from June 2005 to June 2009, serving as a BHRS Supervisor, BSC, OP Therapist, and MT.

Nicole Allison, Ed.D., ABA, LBS has a rich education history that spans over a decade. In 2002, they pursued their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, where they completed their studies in 2004. Recognizing their passion for academia and a desire to further their knowledge in the field, Nicole then enrolled at Arcadia University in 2008. After five years of rigorous study, they obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Special Education in 2013. Building on their commitment to enhancing their skills and capabilities, Nicole pursued Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) certification from Arcadia University, completing their coursework and earning the certification in 2019. Through their educational journey, Nicole Allison has relentlessly honed their expertise in Special Education and ABA, empowering herself to make meaningful contributions to the field.
