Vice President, Programs And Services at American Parkinson Disease Association

Rosa Pena has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Rosa began their career at Hospice of Palm Beach County in 1997, where they worked as an MSW until 1998. In 1998, they joined The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Patient Services Field Manager, where they provided outreach and program direction to multiple chapters and developed pilot programs for underrepresented populations.

In 2013, Rosa moved on to the Alzheimer's Association, California Southland Chapter, where they served as a Regional Director. Rosa'sresponsibilities included providing support and resources to family members and healthcare professionals, as well as overseeing leadership, relationship building, and partnership cultivation. Rosa was also in charge of implementing strategic goals, managing budgets, and engaging donors.

Since 2015, Rosa has been working at the American Parkinson Disease Association. Rosa initially joined as the Director of Programs and Services Field Operations, and later advanced to the role of Senior Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Programs and Services.
