Jon Stepanek

Jon Stepanek is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at American Pasteurization Company LLC since October 2021, Jon previously held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Professional Services Group, Inc. and Talent Acquisition Lead at Nordco, where responsibilities included full cycle recruiting and implementing innovative recruiting strategies. With earlier roles as a Talent Specialist at ATI Forged Products and Associate Recruiter at ManpowerGroup, Jon has developed a strong expertise in recruiting across various industries. Jon began a career in customer service and sales at Menards, progressing through various roles while also gaining experience in coaching and recreational supervision at the City of Platteville. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
