Seth Spears A.C.E. serves as the Special Projects Manager at Viking Termite and Pest Control since March 2018, focusing on mobile device management, training, and IT project direction. Additionally, Seth has been a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at American Pest since January 2006, providing extensive support for new integrations, administering the Altigen phone system, and training users on Office 365 applications. Previous roles at American Pest include Call Center Manager, responsible for employee training and phone system administration, and Residential Service Supervisor, overseeing service documentation and training module development. Prior experience includes working as a Retention Specialist at ASG Security, where customer complaints and cancellations were addressed effectively. Seth holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Washington Adventist University.
