Additionally, during the same period, Eric also obtained a Master of Science (M.E.) degree in Instructional Systems and Design from Penn State University. With over 28,000 members the APS promotes stamp collecting to people of all ages; offers services to our membership and philately in general, including knowledge and education, which enhance the pleasure and friendliness of stamp collecting; initiates and coordinates new programs for the benefit of stamp collecting and stamp collectors; represents the United States in the world body of philately; and assists our members in acquiring and disposing of philatelic materials.
