Phillip McNallen

Phillip McNallen serves as the Software Lead for the Web & Data Platform at the American Physical Society since July 2023. Prior to this, Phillip held the role of Software Architect for Immersive Technology at Thermo Fisher Scientific from September 2020 to August 2023, where significant contributions included leading software hiring efforts, defining software architecture, and creating a 3D production pipeline. Earlier, Phillip worked as a Software Engineer at Mouth Watering Media from February 2018 to March 2020, focusing on HTML/JavaScript and WebGL projects, and developed distributed rendering infrastructure. As a Software Developer in contracting roles from January 2015 to January 2018, Phillip specialized in web task automation and data scraping. Phillip also founded Mede Media LLC in August 2012, where the design of programmatic ad-tech software facilitated monetization for freely downloaded software products.
