Seth Mueller

Seth Mueller, PMP, LPM, currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Portfolio Management at the American Physical Society since April 2025. Prior to this role, Seth was a Senior Project Manager and PMO Lead at IntePros Federal, overseeing mission-critical IT initiatives and driving a Scaled Agile Framework transformation. Seth's previous experience includes serving as a Program Manager at QinetiQ US, where a $13M portfolio was managed, resulting in significant revenue growth and efficiency improvements. Additional roles included Project Manager and Business Analyst, focused on delivering IT and data projects, and teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at both Mclennan Community College and Baylor University. Seth holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Baylor University and Grove City College, respectively.
