Marcus Taylor, PT, DPT, MS, is an accomplished physical therapist with a robust background in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since January 2023, Marcus collaborates to provide strategic guidance to the APTA Board of Directors. Additionally, Marcus has been a physical therapist at Rehab 2 Perform since August 2022 and previously held an internship at PT Solutions Physical Therapy. Notably, while working as a health care liaison for APTA, Marcus facilitated connections between underrepresented minority students and the field of physical therapy. Educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University School of Medicine, alongside a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Norfolk State University.
