Yumi Belanga, CAE, currently serves as the Vice President of Technology and Organizational Performance for the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Yumi accumulated extensive experience at the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) from September 1998 to May 2023, progressing through various leadership positions including Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Interim Chief Information Officer and Vice President, and Senior Director of Digital Programs, among others. Yumi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Visual Technology with a focus on Graphic Design from George Mason University.
