Felicia Braunstein

Felicia Braunstein is an experienced professional with a strong background in community organization and planning. Since January 2012, Felicia has served as the Director of Professional Practice at the American Planning Association, overseeing a staff of six and managing various key initiatives, including AICP membership, certification maintenance, and community planning assistance teams. Prior to this role, Felicia worked as a Committee Management Specialist for Kelly Government Solutions at the National Institutes of Health from January 2003 to August 2011, and served as Regional Director for Northern Region East BBYO from January 1997 to January 2003. Earlier experience includes a position as JCC Youth Services Director and BBYO Regional Director at the JCC of Southern New Jersey from June 1994 to December 1997. Felicia holds a Master of Social Work in Community Organization from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University.
