Ievgeniia Dulko

Ievgeniia Dulko is an experienced urban planner and educator currently serving as the Foresight Manager at the American Planning Association since July 2023, focusing on the annual Trend Report and the APA Foresight program. Dulko also holds the position of Visiting Lecturer at the Kyiv School of Economics for the Urban Studies and Postwar Reconstruction Grad Program. Additional roles include Program Curator at Ro3kvit: Urban Coalition for Ukraine and previous positions as an Urban Planning Intern at Far South Community Development Corporation and Urban Planning Expert at Urbanyna. With a strong academic background, Dulko earned a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Chicago and has coordinated various educational programs in architecture and urban planning throughout a diverse career.
