Randall West has a diverse work experience. Randall currently holds the position of Technology Director at the American Planning Association, where they are responsible for managing the software development and data team. Randall has played a key role in growing the team by recruiting and mentoring new members. In addition, Randall has led project discovery with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine business priorities. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Web and Application Development at the same organization, where they guided decisions and fostered best practices in agile processes, tech frameworks, deployment, and documentation.
