Roger Glandorf

Roger Glandorf is an accomplished technology and marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Technology Director at Critical Mass since July 2025, Roger previously held the position of Director of Marketing Technology at Organic from August 2023 to July 2025 and at Barefoot Proximity from June 2010 to August 2023. Earlier in the career, Roger worked at Macy's as Merchandising Supervisor from November 2003 to July 2008 and began professional experiences as a Barista at EspressOasis and a Caddy at Muirfield Village Golf Club. Educationally, Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University.
