Joyce Kubu

Joyce Kubu has over 40 years of experience in customer service and membership support. Since April 1999, Joyce has served as a Senior Membership Services Representative at the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), where responsibilities include managing member relations and providing exceptional service. Prior to this role, Joyce worked at Sandy Spring Bank from September 1980 to April 1999 as a Customer Service Representative, developing strong interpersonal and communication skills that have been integral to a successful career in service-oriented roles.
