Anfas Hamza has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Associate Vice President at Amba Research Lanka Private Limited, where they provided investment research support services and conducted portfolio analytics for a major bank in Australia. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at the University of South Florida as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. In 2006, they worked as a Freelance Statistical Analyst and Consultant at RCB, where they conducted statistical analysis and developed customer and employee satisfaction models for various industries in Sri Lanka. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Leads Analyst at Consumer Sales Solutions, LLC, analyzing sales data and trends for energy sales campaigns. Currently, since 2015, Hamza is working at American Power & Gas LLC, where they have held roles such as Director of Operations, Energy Risk Manager, and Energy Supply Analyst, responsible for portfolio estimation, load forecasts, cost reporting, and daily demand bids.
Anfas Hamza completed a B.Sc in Statistics with Computer Science from the University of Colombo between the years 2002 and 2007. Subsequently, they pursued an MA degree in Statistics at the University of South Florida from 2009 to 2011.
