Christine Armas

Christine Armas is an experienced elementary school counselor currently working at Jordan School District and American Preparatory Academy since March 2023 and October 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Christine held positions as a case manager at Wasatch Mental Health, where responsibilities included assessing and coordinating care for mentally disabled adults, and as a substitute coordinator and attendance aid at Lone Peak High School. Further experience includes working as a child development specialist at Intermountain Healthcare and teaching English during an internship at No Poor Among Us. Christine's early career includes serving as a teacher's assistant at Harold L. Woods Elementary. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at Utah State University, Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences-Family Studies from Utah Valley University.
