Terry Raymer, CHFM, MCP, is an experienced facilities management professional with a proven track record in overseeing production maintenance, plant operations, construction operations, and grounds management. Currently serving as Facility Manager at the American Printing House for the Blind since February 2019, Terry previously held the position of Facilities Manager at Catholic Health Initiatives from January 2009 to February 2019, where responsibilities included engineering and plant operations at Flaget Memorial Hospital and Medical Office Buildings. Earlier experience includes a role as Facilities Supervisor at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare and as an Applications Administrator at Philip Morris International, alongside foundational work as an Electrician.
