Joon Lee

Joon Lee, CIPP/US has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joon started their career as a Reporter/Associate Editor-Copy Desk at Kyungpook Daily Newspaper in Korea from 1988 to 1994. Following that, they worked as an Editorial Expert at Seoul Metropolitan Government in Korea from 1994 to 2000. In 2005, they joined BWI/Follett Corporation as a Children's Books & Audiovisual Materials Cataloger. From 2006 to 2018, Joon worked at the American Printing House for the Blind, where they held multiple roles, including Copyright and Cataloging Librarian. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Intellectual Property & Rights Manager at the same organization. Currently, Joon is the Director of Information Governance and Privacy Compliance at the American Printing House for the Blind, a position they have held since July 2021.
