Prior roles include 3rd Shift Plant Supervisor at Caldwell Industries and Assembler/Utility at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities encompassed covering various positions in the assembly area. Additionally, William held multiple titles, including Manufacturing Supervisor and Lead Process Engineer, at D.J./Nypro Inc, focusing on Plastic Injection Molding from 1993 to 2000. William's educational background includes studies at Doss High School and the University of Louisville/Jefferson Community College from 1989 to 1996.
