Lyn Darrington Elliott

Vice President, State Government Relations at American Property Casualty Insurance Association

Lyn Darrington Elliott has a diverse work experience in government relations and advocacy. Lyn started their career as an Assistant Vice President for Legislative and Regulatory Affairs at Regence BlueShield of Idaho, where they coordinated public policy efforts and lobbied state and federal legislators. Lyn then worked as a Principal at The Gallatin Group, advising clients on issues management and government relations. Following that, they joined Gallatin Public Affairs as a Partner, where they continued to specialize in government relations, with a focus on business issues, health care, insurance, and tax policy. Lyn then took on roles at March of Dimes, serving as the Director of Advocacy and Government Affairs for several states, and later as the Regional Director of Advocacy and Government Affairs for the West region. Currently, they are the Assistant Vice President of State Government Relations at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association.

Lyn Darrington Elliott's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Speech from Utah State University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Utah.
