Dr. Kim McLear

Dr. Kim McLear is an accomplished professional with a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Business from Purdue University. Dr. McLear serves as a Board Member for several organizations, including the American Psychological Association, The Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, the Modern Military Association of America, and Whistleblowers of America.
