Russell DuBois, Ph.D., serves as Vice President of Clinical Quality, Operations, and Innovation at BetterHelp since May 2025, playing a key role in overseeing clinical standards and regulatory compliance. As a Clinical Advisor and Head of Clinical & Customer Success at Blueprint since August 2018, Russell has contributed to the company's growth from pre-seed to Series A funding by developing measurement-based care solutions. In September 2023, Russell co-founded HiLine Consulting, which focuses on virtual mental health and digital health applications. Additional roles include Committee Member for the American Psychological Association’s Measurement Based Care initiative and Mentor at Therapists in Tech. Russell has previously held the position of Senior Director at Teladoc Health, driving mental health strategy and clinical quality, and has published extensively in the field of psychology, particularly related to eating disorders. Education includes a Ph.D. in Psychology from Northeastern University, complemented by master's and bachelor's degrees from Palo Alto University and UC San Diego, respectively.
