Working at the American Psychological Association and Madison House Autism Foundation, Shannon has expertise in creating engaging digital content to enhance member experiences. With a background in psychology and a Master's degree in Strategic Communication, Shannon has also worked in providing support to children with autism and engaging with the autistic community through online initiatives and awareness programs.
