Mary Rufe

Mary Rufe has been with the American Public Power Association since April 1987, currently holding the position of Director of Information Services. Before that, Mary worked as a Librarian at M.S. Ginn Co. from September 1984 to March 1987. Mary holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) from The Catholic University of America, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education K-12/Library Science from Marywood University.
