Kristi Steppe

Kristi Steppe is an experienced professional in information services with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Information Services at Indiana University Health since January 2006, Kristi oversees the Service Management Support Departments, which include the Service Desk and Desktop Services, while also focusing on ITIL process improvement. Prior to this role, Kristi was the Service Desk Manager, leading a team that successfully managed around 25,000 incoming computer-related calls each month. Kristi's earlier experience includes serving as Operations/Desktop Manager at Wishard Health Services and Director of Infrastructure Services at Indianapolis Life Insurance Company, demonstrating a solid background in managing IT operations and infrastructure. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Supervision and Management from Purdue University.
