Danica Tran currently serves as the Strategic Partnerships Outreach Coordinator at American Public University System since August 2025. Prior to this role, Danica worked at ThriveDX from October 2021 to August 2025 as a Learner Success Specialist and Career Coach, providing tailored support for learners transitioning into tech roles. Danica's earlier experience includes positions at West Coast University as a Career Services Specialist and Admissions Advisor, offering guidance to students in healthcare programs. Additionally, Danica spent four years at Illumination Foundation, progressing from Case Manager to Associate Manager of Operations, focusing on case management for vulnerable populations. Danica began the career journey as a Case Management Intern at Pathways of Hope and has also held retail positions at Banana Republic and Best Buy. Danica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services with a focus on Mental Health from California State University, Fullerton.
