Patricia Bakalis Yadgir

Patricia Bakalis Yadgir has a diverse range of work experience. Patricia began their career at the College of DuPage in 1989, where they worked as a School Counselor. In this role, they provided counseling services to students and community members, developed curriculum, and coordinated the Dual Credit program. In 2009, they joined American Quality Schools as the Vice President, overseeing all employees in the charter school network and managing daily operations, budgeting, compliance, and new school start-ups. Patricia also served as the Executive Director of Student Services in the same organization. Yadgir then transitioned to working for the State of Illinois, where they held roles as Commissioner for the Illinois Human Rights Commission and Illinois Executive Ethics Commission. Most recently, they joined Heart & Soul Counseling Group as a Mental Health Counselor in 2022.

Patricia Bakalis Yadgir has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Northern Illinois University. Patricia also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations/Image Management, also from Northern Illinois University. In terms of certifications, Patricia is a Certified Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) Administrator, obtained from the American Management Association in April 2012. Additionally, they have completed the Eating Disorders and Obesity Certification from Northern Illinois University. Patricia also has a certification in the Myers Briggs type inventory, acquired from The Myers-Briggs Company.
