Tommy Ratliff

Tommy Ratliff is a seasoned professional in product management and public policy, currently serving as a Product Manager for ACA & Commercial Plans at WellSense Health Plan since June 2024. With extensive experience in health care, Tommy previously held the position of Regional Product Manager at Molina Healthcare from June 2020 to June 2024, and served in various capacities at Evolent Health, including Product Manager and Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Specialist, from February 2014 to May 2018. Tommy also has a background in communications and government affairs from work at Premier Inc. and has contributed to the American Quarter Horse Association since September 2002 as a Horse Show Ring Steward/Announcer and Public Policy Intern. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy from Appalachian State University and a high school diploma from Northwest Guilford High School.
