Diane Scott

Diane Scott is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management across various sectors including office, industrial, and retail properties. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at American Realty Advisors since September 2014, Diane oversees a diverse portfolio in Southern California. Previously, Diane held the position of Senior Director of Commercial Real Estate at Goldrich & Kest, managing a commercial portfolio of approximately 12 million square feet. Additional roles include Asset Manager for the US Industrial Division at DEXUS Property Group, where responsibilities encompassed multiple key locations, and Vice President positions at both The Koll Company and Crown Realty and Development, focusing on portfolio management, leasing, and operational oversight.
