Jay Butterfield

Jay Butterfield is currently the Executive Managing Director/Head of Business Development at American Realty Advisors, where Jay oversees operations of ARA’s real estate services to institutional investors. Previously, Jay was a Vice-President at Prudential Investments, representing the firm's multi-asset investment capabilities to institutional investors in the Western United States and Canada. Jay also worked as an Associate at the State Data Program, part of the Institute for Intergovernmental Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. Jay holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a M.A. in Economics from UCLA. Jay is also a member of the firm's Management Committee at ARA.
