Stephanie has an extensive background in real estate valuation, asset management, and financial analysis, with previous experience at General Electric-Real Estate, Price Waterhouse Coopers, AMRESCO Commercial Finance, LLC, and Grubb & Ellis. Stephanie holds Bachelor's degrees in Risk Management and Insurance, as well as Real Estate from Washington State University. Stephanie's expertise lies in developing and implementing valuation processes, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis.
