Todd Fowler

Todd Fowler is an accomplished executive in investor relations with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Investor Relations at American Realty Advisors since June 2013, Todd has developed and maintained institutional business relationships across a range of real estate investment products. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Mesirow Financial, where Todd led business development and investor relations, and Vice President at Verde Realty, involved with a private REIT managing over $1.3 billion in assets. Todd has also held vice president positions at Security Capital Research & Management and Security Capital Group Incorporated, overseeing client service and investor relations for substantial real estate funds. Todd's early career includes a specialization in corporate real estate services at Insignia/ESG and an associate role at Doxey Furniture. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Kansas.
