Audrey McNeill

Audrey (Noonan) McNeill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic leadership across various sectors, including defense and aerospace. Currently serving as the Head of PMO for the Service to the Armed Forces & International Services Divisions at the American Red Cross, Audrey previously held several key positions at Airbus, including Chief of Staff and Head of PMO for US A320/A220 Manufacturing, where notable achievements included overseeing a significant production rate increase project. Audrey also has a background in consulting and government service, having worked in the United States Senate. With a Master's degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University and other relevant qualifications, including a Program Management Level II certification, Audrey combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills.
