Cynthia McInerney

Cynthia McInerney currently serves as the Disaster Program Manager at the American Red Cross Southern Tier, with previous roles including Disaster Program Specialist and Co-Lead of the Disaster Action Team for the Western NY Region. Cynthia has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector spanning over two decades, having held positions such as Director of Clinic Services at Able-2, Inc., Senior Counselor Shift Leader at Pathways, and Client Relations Success Manager at Human Services Consulting and Training. Cynthia is also recognized as a Presidents Club Member at Avon. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Elmira College.
